Getting Started
This section will guide you through connecting your wallet, scanning for dust tokens, and using the core features of Purge.
1. Connect Your Wallet
Download the Chrome Extension or Mobile App. We currently support:
Phantom
Your wallet will prompt you to approve a connection. No transactions are executed at this stage.
2. Scan for Dust Tokens
After connecting, Purge will automatically scan your wallet using the getParsedTokenAccountsByOwner
RPC method. This allows us to:
Detect all SPL tokens in your wallet
Evaluate token balances and value
Identify dust tokens based on volume, liquidity, and known spam indicators
You'll receive a list of eligible tokens that can be purged — either swapped or burned.
3. Purge Your Wallet
Click the Purge button to begin the process.
Depending on the token status:
Tokens with liquidity will be routed through Jupiter and swapped into SOL.
Tokens with no liquidity will be sent to our public, non-recoverable burn address.
You will be prompted by your wallet to approve the transaction. Nothing happens without your confirmation.
4. Optional: Enable Purge AI
After your first purge, you’ll be prompted to try Purge AI. If enabled:
Your wallet's past trading behavior is analyzed (locally or off-chain)
Your risk profile and trade timing are used to identify small-cap coins
Recovered SOL is automatically reinvested using a behavior-matching strategy
This feature is fully optional and can be toggled on/off at any time.
5. Mobile App
You can also use Purge on iOS. Visit the App Store and install the official Purge app. Functionality mirrors the web app with an optimized mobile UI.
You're now ready to start using Purge to clean and optimize your Solana wallet.
